For Thou hast been a shelter for me and a strong tower

then shall my enemies turn back
This I know for God is for me

上帝啊，求你听我的呼求，
留心听我的祷告！
我心里发昏的时候，
要从地极求告你。
求你领我到那比我更高的磐石。

因为你是我的避难所，
是我的坚固台，
使我脱离仇敌。

我呼求的日子，仇敌都要转身撤退。
上帝帮助我，这是我所知道的。
我倚靠上帝，我要赞美他的话语；
